Neyrac-les-bains at the
entrance of the Gorges de l'Ardèche is
a health resort for the treatment of skin diseases
and rheumatism. It is a part of the township
of Meyras, an old village with fine stone house,
a Romanesque church and ventadour (11th century)
and haustère Castle, all dating from
its prestigious past. On a 10,500m site, at
an altitude of 250m the 45 pitches of the campsite
lies along the river Ardèche, a paradise
for lovers of bathing ad fishing, opposite a
hill where shepherds can still be seen herding
their flock, ans with lends itself perfectly
for rock climbing.
The site was set
up arround a former textile factory and has kespt
with the style of the old stone building along
the river.
